The next step would be to schedule an initial call with us here. The purpose of this call is to confirm that we’re a good fit to work together, for us to learn more about the project and answer some questions you might have.
We’ll send you over the final proposal, before we get started.
How does payment work?
If nothing is said otherwise, the payment will be divided in 2 parts:
• 50% upfront
• 50% upon completion of the project.*
*Master files will be delivered after the final payment is received.
How many logo concepts will I receive?
We will develop as many logo concepts as we feel like in order to find the best possible outcome for your particular project. We will only present you 1 (one) logo concept proposal according to the briefing, wich will be the one we find that is the best solution for the defined brand profile.

What is the project timeline?
How many revisions can I have?
Our purpose is to make you happy. We are willing do as many revisions needed to make the project work for you.
We consider revisions, things like changing one color/word/shape/pattern.
We usually have zero revisions, but sometimes we have one or two. So, we set the maximum limit of 3 revisions.
What happens if I don’t like the logo you send me?
If something like this eventually happens, we’ll do it all over again for you, as long as the briefing stays the same.
In the long run, our goal is to make you happy, so you can put ou there a good word about us. 🙂
Will I receive the editable files?
Do you work with clients worldwide?
Yes. We have clients in many different places on the planet 🙂 . Working from a distance has never been a problem because the main “key” for this to work is our ability to listen. And luckily we have ZOOM, Google MEET, and Microsoft TEAMS to bring us closer. 🙂
